We purchased a home in Austin from our son. When he moved out, the house had many problems. We tried to sell it and after a year, no luck. We then found Steve and Martie, who helped us get the repairs done and then were able to rent it, After a couple of renters the last one showed some interet in buying. They put a deal together that we and the renter agreed too. That agreement is still on going and working great. Living 2000 miles away, Steve and Martie could not have been more helpful.
